How to Return

RETURNS POLICY

 

We understand that sometimes, the order you’ve made simply doesn’t work for you. To request a return please follow the prompts in our RETURNS PORTAL

Please reach out to info@ownley.online for any returns inquiries and we will do our best to help. 

We understand that sometimes, the order you’ve made simply doesn’t work for you, returns are accepted within 7 business days of receiving your order, provided that the items are in original condition and are not reduced or purchased with a discount code. We will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) on full priced clothing, purchased via Credit Card. Return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer unless the garment is deemed faulty prior to return. All items sold at sale price are final. If able, we will happily facilitate exchanges in size.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached and associated packaging in original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged dust bags and shoe boxes, and unmarked shoe soles). Items must include a Returns Authority number. Any parcels received without a RETURN AUTHORITY will be immediately returned to sender.

We do not accept returns on underwear bottoms, beauty products, magazines or candles. We urge all customers to please place your garments in their plastic bag or paper wrapping before shipping back to ensure they arrive in acceptable condition. 

All items sold at sale price are final. If able, we will happily facilitate an exchange in size or colour. No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Ownley Online. 

All returned items must; be in original condition, unworn, have tags attached 

Please be careful when trying on garments, they must be in resalable condition upon return. Garments received with makeup marks will be not accepted for exchange or return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Step 1

Request a return please follow the prompts in our RETURNS PORTAL within 7 business days of receiving your items. For an exchange on a full priced item, stock availability will be checked, otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note. You will receive an email with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#) and a return postage label. Your return will not be accepted without the provided RA number displayed.

Step 2
For returns within Australia, a flat rate of $10 is deducted from your refund amount. Securely repackage your item’s in its original packaging and include this completed form. Attach the provided eParcel return label to the outside of the package, and drop-off to your local post office. Item(s) must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your RA
#. If you would like to arrange an alternate method of return, please ship via a traceable method and provide us with all tracking details. 

For international returns, item’s must be shipped within 2 business days of receiving your RA#. If the return arrives outside of this time, the item will not be accepted, and returned back to you. Please ship via a traceable method and provide us with all tracking details.

Step 3
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of Ownley Online receiving the item’s. Once inspected, a refund or credit note may be issued. For exchanges, please advise your preferred size which will be dispatched via standard delivery at no extra charge.

Ownley Online will maintain contact via email or phone and reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges where applicable. In the instance where your item is not accepted, it will be returned to you.

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you suspect an item has been delivered to you faulty please get in contact with us at info@ownley.online and we will endeavour to organise a replacement for you. If we cannot organise a repair or replacement of the faulty garment we will be happy to provide a refund for the faulty garment. During this process, domestic shipping charges will be paid by Ownley Online. 

 

INVENTORY

Our online store may be subject to stock discrepancies, if for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled we will offer a substitute or full refund for your order.
