Returns Portal

In order to successfully return your items, please ensure all RETURNS CONDITIONS are met first. Any return requests that do not meet our returns policy will be rejected.

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to lodge and return your package. Refunds are eligible on full priced styles only. 

AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

  • To request a return please follow the prompts in our RETURNS PORTAL
  • Returns cost $14.00 Australia wide which will be deducted from your refund amount. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • To request an international return please go to our INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PORTAL and follow the prompts in the portal.
  • Currently we cannot facilitate international exchanges.
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated in our international returns portal when completing a return.
